Almond Custard Fondue



Melt Together:
1 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Half and Half Cream
2 Tablespoons Corn Starch
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat,
Let simmer for 2 minutes.

Mix a small amount of the melted mixture
together with the following:
1 And 1/4 teaspoons Almond Extract
1 Tablespoon Butter
2 Egg Yolks
Return to melted mixture and bring to boil, and continue to let mixture bubble for two minutes.
Serve warm! (I added a teaspoon of Lemon Extract for extra flavor, and it was amazing!)

I served this recipe at a super bowl party with fresh pineapple, strawberries, grapes, and pound cake!
