Snack Roll

There are those days when life gets in the way of plans. I would love to say that I have Darin's lunch packed perfectly ahead of time and he always has a warm meal waiting for him after or before work. Most days I do well, but the past few weeks I have struggled. My darling dear actually cooked dinner twice this week! (Thanks again! I appreciate you!) Tonight, I rushed home to make a little snack for Darin before work. It is simple and a favorite I have made for many friends. Kiddos also enjoy this snack along with choosing their own ingredients to put inside.  Darin works switch shifts, and it is difficult to know when or what to serve him before work, after he has been sleeping all day.
The stuffed crescent roll can work for breakfast with scrambled eggs, cheese, and bacon. It can work for dinner with pizza toppings, or as a snack with cream cheese.

What you will need to make a snack roll:
Pillsbury Garlic Crescent Rolls Or Regular Crescent Rolls
Chive and Onion Cream Cheese
1 Package of Bacon Cooked and Crumbled
1 Package of shredded cheese
Green Onions
Optional: Olives Chopped

Spread the cream cheese on the unbaked crescent rolls, sprinkle the cooked bacon, shredded cheese, and onions onto the crescent before rolling it up. Place rolls onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown on tops. Serve while warm.
